This work bridges the sacred and the scientific, over three decades in the Natural Health Industry.
Starting my first shop of herbs, fair trade, and organic living; over 3 decades ago, then spending over a decade of professional work in the natural health and healing world with shop/tea room/working teaching gardens and an herbal apothecary school.
Teaching everything from Energy Medicine & connection in the gardens of organic & heirloom plants and the value nutritionally to making medicine; tinctures, teas, tonics, capsules, suppositories, balms, syrups, and topical & inhalation therapies.
After obtaining a BS, MS, & ND in Natural Health, I completed another 2 year program in Botanical Chemistry-Aromatherapy & 7 years cumulative in formal Herbal Training.
The last two decades dedicated to clinical practice in Metabolic Health, Forensics of Biochemistry, Functional, Nutritional, Orthomolecular & Herbal Medicines, and Toxicology.
'Prvention Cases" were not what showed up for me in my Practice. I had earned the reputation for being the one to go to when Doctor's could not figure it out, and the worst of the most complex cases became my clinical practice norm. This was an amazing teaching for me to push past any blockages to my Patient getting well.
Primarily working with two populations; Autism and Special Forces Military; to keep these individuals in top performance was an honor. And when a family reported that their child was now an active, loving, participating in life part of the family, there was no higher achievement.
Now I bring all of this training to you. Some of the material is geared towards 'professional' students, teachers and those in the health care industry as they are more advanced. And the remainder is for everyone trying to find their way to themselves and take control of their health.
